Sales and payment processing
Duplia is sold through Lemon Squeezy (Lemon Squeezy, LLC, USA). Lemon Squeezy acts as the merchant of record: for the purchase itself they are your contractual partner, they process the payment, issue the invoice and handle any applicable sales tax or VAT. Their terms and conditions apply to the transaction. Support for the app itself comes from us, at the contact address above.
VAT
We do not show VAT on our own invoices, as the business qualifies as a small business under § 19 UStG (German Value Added Tax Act). This does not apply to purchases of Duplia: those run through Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record (see above). Lemon Squeezy charges the VAT applicable in your country — the price shown already includes it — and remits it to the tax authorities.
Liability for content
As a service provider, we are responsible for our own content on these pages in accordance with § 7 (1) DDG and general legislation. However, pursuant to §§ 8 to 10 DDG, we are not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information, or to investigate circumstances that indicate illegal activity.
